Boo was rescued in March of 2022. He had a severe wound to his front leg for several weeks before it was brought to our attention. Upon treatment at a local vet, it was discovered he also was FIV positive, and suffered from Manx syndrome.
He is healed now, however due to his special needs he will remain with me.
This is his favorite way to sit, since with no tail, his butt is flat. Boo is a character!
Rico ... March 2021
Hopes Haven rescue ... I foster Rico for Hopes Haven from March to middle of June 2021. He had been rescued from a deplorable situation where he barely survived in a backyard with no shelter 24/7. Trying to stay dry Rico would plaster himself against the wall so he'd be at least under the roof eves. Rico was covered in a fungus and which resulted in his total hair loss. He was skin and bones suffering from malnutrition. We had to lift him up into our car he was so weak.
Rico now
It took several weeks of a life altering diet and supplements ... and fungus treatment bathing three times a week. He was quite the gentleman throughout his ordeal. The first week he stayed in a heated solarium. After a week he was invited into the house. Rico stood there in the doorway looking up at me! He couldn't believe he was actually being invited into the house.
Rico was placed in an amazing home with a couple and their teenage son Carter. He now has an happy very active life. Oh ... and he now weighs 130 LBS!
Pistol Pete was born in June of 2022. He is a young boy. Pete is very affection. He was a real "pistol" at the beginning, however he has matured into a really nice cat and would make a wonderful addition to any family.
It does take him a little bit to feel comfortable in new situations ... but once he gets there, he is quite the purr baby.
Pete is very easygoing and would adjust to having a cat or kitten buddy. As long as the buddy is also easygoing.
Lulu Mittens
Lulu and her brother Sammy have been with me for over a. year now, Their family relocated to Arizona. The plan was to bring them to Arizona as soon as they were able to do so.
It never happened. The familiy's life circumstances change, so Lulu and Boots were relinquished for rehoming. I want them to remain together.
Lulu and Sammy would make a wonderful addition to any family. They under 2 years of age.
Sammy Boots ..Sammy is the more outgoing of the siblings. He will bel the first to greet you. Lulu stays in the background until she feels comfortable. They sweet tuxedos spent their kitten hood in my boarding facility. After it was clear to me that they would be with me for an extended, I gave them roam of the facility, so they no longer stayed in their individual enclosures. They are wonderful! Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Or to schedule a meet and greet.
